Perfect location just five minutes from Genalguacil, fifteen from Gaucín, 35 minutes from Ronda and 40 from Estepona, it’s in an exceptional position that offers a haven of secluded tranquility protected by trees and vegetation.

El Manantial is built by hand, perfectly combining materials such as chestnut wood and stone in a unique construction; spacious, with a living room of 100 m2 and 7 metres high, with all chestnut wood ceilings, fireplace, fully functional and top quality furniture, as well as TV and DVD.

Very comfortable kitchen, equipped with all the appliances that make your stay more comfortable: American refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, small appliances and kitchenware.

Going down some wooden stairs we find five double bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, including towel dryers, all of them very comfortable and functional.

Heating throughout the house and all exterior ventilation, with wonderful views of the river.

Outside we can enjoy a barbecue and picnic area built of wood in the centre of a 200 m2 porch.

To the right of the house we have a 6×12 metre swimming pool, with spring water without chlorine, purified with salt and surrounded by hammocks to enjoy the warm sun.
