Digital campaign launched to showcase Andalucia while reinforcing the message to stay home during the coronavirus pandemic

The Junta de Andalucia’s Ministry of Tourism has launched a digital campaign with the aim of continuing to bring the image of the destination to homes during Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, under the motto ‘Andalucia wants you at home’ and stressing that the community will once again share its attractions once the current situation is overcome.

The action, on the Andalusia.org website and the different social networks, invites you to stay at home, but at the same time, show destinations of the region and information of interest.

In addition, readings, informative videos, questionnaires, games and virtual recreations of Andalucia will be offered to ‘make confinement more bearable’ and contribute to reinforcing knowledge about the region’s proposals.

Similar actions will also be carried out on the different international profiles of Andalucia on social networks, specifically aimed at the main foreign markets, such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Italy.

Additionally, a new action plan for this year is already being worked on, through actions that increase the promotion of the destination and strengthen its position – both nationally and internationally.

It is studying what new measures should be developed when tourist movements are allowed again, while always prioritising support for the business sector and job security.
