Villa Ardilla Ronda

Villa Ardilla Ronda is a rural holiday rental property located in Ronda.

The luxury accommodation sleeps up to 6 people and is arranged on the ground floor (the upper floor is closed) with a large open area for the kitchen, dining room and living room.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, sink and fridge/freezer and an adjoining utility room with a combination oven and microwave. There is also a washing machine available. Appliances include a kettle, coffee machine and blender. A large wooden table and six dining chairs with modern lighting provide a pleasant atmosphere.

The living room has a three-seater sofa and three armchairs with wooden frames and cushions. Picasso prints adorn the walls adding a contemporary touch. Heating, if required, is provided by a wonderful Bullerjan wood stove that heats the entire property. A large flat-screen TV and DVD has been installed.

The rooms are fresh and bright. The first bedroom has two single beds placed together and an en-suite bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. There are French windows that open onto the garden. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be made as singles or as large doubles, also with French windows to the garden. The third bedroom has a three-quarter bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes.

Outside space:

Outside there are terraces, two umbrellas for shade on the table and chairs to eat outside and a good barbecue. The 9 x 5-metre pool with a full filtration system has Roman steps and is accompanied by six hammocks. Pool towels are provided. The pool is surrounded by permanent heather lawns and umbrellas.
