The town hall in Benalauría (Ayuntamiento de Benalauría) is the local administrative headquarters for this white village located within the Genal Valley in the Serranía de Ronda area. Opening hours: Weekdays from 8.30am to 2pm.
The town hall operates out of a historic 18th-century Casa Consistorial. The building is architecturally significant to the region, featuring a classic faced-brick lintel façade and traditional decorative wrought-iron window bars modeled after the famous metalworking styles of Ronda. It is topped by a long upper balcony adorned with a historic coat of arms. The municipal headquarters also includes a modern, multi-use public auditorium (Salón de Actos Municipal). This space holds up to 90 people for cultural events, displays rotating art exhibitions and provides open public Wi-Fi access.
