15 places, in beds, bunk beds and on couches, distributed in six independent rooms but linked together. The living rooms and bedrooms are all asymmetrical and irregular, one of them, on the remains of a Roman bridge, on which the building stands, also having a viewpoint-solarium and a fishing spot within the river. Inside the building, there is a complete bathroom and a few metres away, a pavilion with three showers, three toilets and six sinks.

It has a large private area with a pool for the exclusive use of the mill and shares the grounds of the rest of the farm and its games with the Molino el Ingles and Villa Sandía.

We emphasise that its architecture and distribution is totally different from what we are used to. Being designed for a single group of friends or family, we escape from the traditional closed rooms that isolate people and we form something very different from what exists. Here privacy is achieved with curtain partitions, stairs or different levels, there being no internal doors, except in the shower and toilet. It is very difficult to explain, and although there are several compartments with some privacy, there is also a round bed for children. The idea is that guests are distributed to their liking by the house according to age,

We are perfectly aware that the groups that come to Los Molinos do it to have fun, to dance and sing until late and we think it’s great… but please be aware that on the other bank of the river there is a glamping area where we ask for silence from 11 pm at night, so we ask you to be discreet with the music, since it could disturb the people who sleep at Villa Sandía.
