Very private luxury house in the middle of nature at a 10-minute drive from Estación de Cortes de la Frontera.
Located on a 200-hectare estate with walnut trees, olive, oak, various other fruit trees and a vineyard, horses and other animals you will find a beautiful cortijo style house with all modern comforts like air conditioning, heating, WiFi, private pool, etc. and amazing views to the mountains of the Grazalema natural park.
You enter the house through an old wooden door and step into the spacious entrance with high ceilings and pillars which remind you of the Mezquita de Cordoba. From here you have access to all the different spaces of the house. On your left the blue sitting room with two big sofas and a big arch-shaped window with views to the pool. Straight on you will find a smaller second salon with smart TV and fireplace. And to your right, you step into the dining space and open plan kitchen and in the back a good size pantry with a big American style fridge and a washing machine.
The three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (with walk-in showers) are all upstairs. Two of the rooms have double beds and one room has two single beds which are normally made into a double. Wooden floors and built-in cupboards add to the modern amenities in this old-style cortijo.
Outside you will find a big pool with sun loungers and beach parasols for those lazy days around the pool. The fully equipped gas BBQ is perfect for roasting some of the local quality meat and fresh vegetables. All to be eaten al fresco under the pergola of the big sun terrace in front of the house.
Almost attached to the main house there are two studio-style cottages which can be rented out together with the main house to cater for groups who need 4 or 5 bedrooms. With their four-poster beds, private sitting areas and natural stone design they are cute and comfortable in a natural environment.
