One person dies and two others are injured after an accident between two motorcycles on Ronda – San Pedro road

One person has died and two others have been injured in a traffic accident this afternoon (Sunday) on the A-397 Ronda – San Pedro road in Igualeja (Malaga), according to the Emergency 112 Andalucia service control room.

Just after twelve noon, several witnesses alerted 112 Andalucia of a collision between two motorcycles at kilometre 25 of the A-397, in the Madroño mountain pass, at the Pujerra junction from San Pedro.

Paramedics and Guardia Civil traffic officers who responsed to the calls confirmed that one person died at the scene of the accident.

In addition, the medical services treated two other people at the scene before transferred them, one to the Regional Hospital of Ronda and another to the Costa del Sol.
