Lidl Spain withdraws beer from sale and warns customers not to drink it

Lidl Spain has issued an urgent recall notice for one of their beers and warned the public to return the product to any store – even if you no longer have the receipt – and not consume it.

The supermarket chain has warned that there is a risk glass chips could break off when opening the affected bottles of Camaro Crevez Red, from the supplier Brasserie Licorne SAS with a preferred consumption date of 11/21 and the batch number 244 hh:mm.

The company say the beer can be returned to any Lidl store where the purchase price will be refunded, even without presenting a purchase receipt. and add that no other product sold by Lidl Spain, nor from the supplier Brasserie Licorne SAS is affected by this return campaign.

Lidl Spain and the supplier Brasserie Licorne SAS apologise to all customers affected by the inconvenience caused.
